A: If you have received this message it means the study is no longer active. Once we have reached the end of the study, we can no longer accept responses.
Q: How do I start the survey?
A: The first question appears in your email message. Simply click on the answer you’d like to provide. If you don’t see the response scale, right click to “download image”. This will display the image the answer options.
Q: I can access the survey but I can’t display any of the pages. What is causing this problem?
A: Some browsers are not compatible with our survey software. We’re sorry you weren’t able to complete our survey this time. We are continually refining our technology and trying to make our software compatible with as many browsers as possible. Q: I still am having problems with the product or services this survey is about. What do I do?
A: Your input as a customer is very important to Concentrix Analytics and our clients. However, Concentrix Analytics is representing the client and does not deal directly with specific client issues, (i.e. billing, customer service, products shipped or ordered etc.).
